Our mission
Many families in our communities live a long way from a doctor, or cannot pay for one. Medical Mission exists so that a deep cut or a sick child does not have to wait.
Your gift pays partner clinics for real visits: primary care, emergency visits, wound care, basic lab tests and physiotherapy. Every visit is checked before the clinic is paid.

Each treatment here is a person seen by a doctor or nurse who might otherwise have gone without. The figures below are counted from our public ledger, and small numbers are hidden to protect patient privacy.

How it works
- You giveChoose an amount and this program. Pay by card, bank transfer or crypto.
- A partner clinic serves a memberThe clinic checks that the member is covered by the program, then provides the care or the service.
- We pay the clinic after approvalA manager reviews each claim. The clinic is paid only once it is approved.
- Everything is on a public ledgerEvery gift and every payment is listed for anyone to check, with no patient details.
Members of the program show their Member ID at a partner clinic. The clinic checks that the member is covered and treats them. We pay the clinic only after the claim is approved.

On each claim we approve in this program, 75% goes to the clinic for the care and 25% is the platform fee.

Questions
Where does my gift go?
To partner clinics, for services given to members of Medical Mission. A clinic is paid only after its claim is approved. A platform fee of 25% applies to each approved claim.
Can I see how my gift was used?
Yes. Every gift and payment is on the public Transparency page. Signed-in donors also see their own gifts under Your Donations.
Do you share patient details?
No. The public ledger never shows who was treated, what for, or which clinic. Small numbers are hidden too.
Can I ask for a refund?
Yes, for any balance that has not been used, within the refund window. Money already set aside for a patient's care cannot be refunded.
How can I pay?
By card, bank transfer or crypto. You choose after you pick an amount.
