Cookie Notice
Last updated 14 October 2026. Version 2026-10-draft.
Draft: placeholder text pending legal review. It is not final and should not be relied on as legal advice.
IntriFund uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and safe. It does not use advertising cookies.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website puts on your device. It lets the site remember something between one page and the next, such as the fact that you are signed in. Similar tools, such as the browser’s local storage, do the same job. We call all of them “cookies” here.
2. What we use
We use only the cookies that are strictly needed to run the platform and keep it secure. Because they are needed, they are set without asking you, and they cannot be switched off in the platform. You can block them in your browser, but then you will not be able to sign in.
| Name | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
intrifund_session | Keeps you signed in. It holds a signed token. It is HttpOnly (scripts on the page cannot read it), SameSite, and Secure on the live site. | Up to 30 days, or until you sign out. |
intrifund_pending | A short-lived cookie used between your first and second sign-in step (for example after your password, before your authenticator code). It opens nothing on its own. | 5 minutes. |
| List display choices | Your choice of list or grid view and similar settings, kept in your browser’s local storage so you do not have to set them again. They never leave your device. | Until you clear them. |
acct_oauth_… | A one-time value that protects the connection to your accounting software against forgery (clinics only). Deleted when the connection is made. | About 10 minutes. |
3. What we do not use
- No advertising cookies.
- No cookies that follow you across other websites.
- No sale of data collected through cookies.
We do not currently run third-party analytics. If we add it in future, we will update this notice first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.
4. Cookies from other companies
When you pay by card you are sent to a page run by Stripe, and when you pay in crypto you use your own wallet. Those services set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not control them. Please read their notices if you want to know more.
5. Managing cookies
You can see, block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. Signing out removes your session cookie. If you delete our cookies, you will simply be asked to sign in again. For how we treat the information we hold about you, see the Privacy Policy.
